Compliment, isn't it?

I usually go shopping at a major supermarket, TESCO for grocery.
TESCO’s terms and conditions about delivery is as follows.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. Tesco follows a "Think 21" policy, so if the person receiving the goods looks under 21, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods (or some of them) may be retained by the driver. (The rest is omitted)

This evening, I went shopping at a TESCO.
A cashier was a chubby black woman.
Here is a conversation between us.

Cashier : “When I looked at you, I thought “Think 21”.”
R : “What?”
Cashier : “When I looked at you, I thought “Think 21”. Do you understand?”
R : “Sorry, but I don’t.”
Cashier : “Look here.”
She was laughing and pointed out a sticker of “Think 21”.
R : “Oh! really? I'm already over 30. You make my day!”

Even though Japanese look younger than real age, it’s gone too far…
I am nearly twice as old as 21, not to say towice.
